Komets Hoist Turner Cup, clip Icehawks 3-2 in triple overtime

Fort Wayne, IN  5/12/08 --- It took a while but the Komets finally prevailed 3-2 over the visiting Port Huron Icehawks in triple overtime Monday night in Fort Wayne to capture the seventh and decisive game of the IHL Turner Cup Finals 4 games to 3.  IHL Turner Cup playoff MVP Justin Hodgman scored the game winner 23 seconds into the third overtime to end the game after 100 minutes, 23 seconds.  Hodgman finished his first pro playoffs leading the Komets with seven goals and 14 points appearing in all 13 playoff games.....   -recap-
